一、什么是布草？

　　“布草”属于住宿行业的术语，泛指现代酒店里差不多一切跟“布”有关的东西，包含酒店客房床上用品，如床单、被套、枕套、枕芯、被芯、装饰面料等；酒店卫浴产品，如方巾、面巾、浴巾、浴袍等。但是布草并不都属于公共用品用具，因为公共用品用具是提供给顾客重复使用且与皮肤、黏膜等接触的物品。比如枕芯、被芯等严格意义上不属于公共用品用具。

　　四、怎么样的布草才符合卫生要求？

　　（一）布草间（柜）的设置：1.规模合适：布草间（柜）应与经营规模相适应，能满足经营需要。2.专间专用：布草间（柜）不得存放其它物品。3.密闭储存：布草间（柜）应有门密闭，标识明显。4.设施齐全：布草存放环境应保持整洁，通风良好，室内无霉斑和积尘。

　　（1） The setting of linen room (cabinet): 1. Suitable scale: The linen room (cabinet) should be suitable for the business scale and meet the business needs. 2. Dedicated room: No other items are allowed to be stored in the linen room (cabinet). 3. Sealed storage: The linen room (cabinet) should have a door sealed and clearly labeled. 4. 　　（二）布草更换管理：1.做好布草出入登记；2.分类清晰。临时存放在工作车上，应摆放整齐平整；3.禁止混放。

　　（2） Management of linen replacement: 1. Ensure proper registration of linen entry and exit; 2. Clear classification. Temporarily stored on the work vehicle, it should be neatly and evenly arranged; 3. Mixing is prohibited.

　　（三）外包管理：酒店作为主体责任方，应当要审核洗涤服务机构的资质，向洗涤服务机构索要营业执照、签订外送清洗消毒合同以及用品用具送洗接受记录等。

　　（3） Outsourcing management: As the main responsible party, hotels should review the qualifications of laundry service providers, request their business licenses, sign contracts for external cleaning and disinfection, and keep records of the acceptance of supplies and utensils for washing.

　　五、相关法律规定《公共场所卫生管理条例实施细则》第十四条：公共场所经营者提供给顾客使用的用品用具应当保证卫生安全，可以反复使用的用品用具应当一客一换，按照有关卫生标准和要求清洗、消毒、保洁。禁止重复使用一次性用品用具。

　　5、 Article 14 of the Implementation Rules of the Regulations on Public Place Health Management stipulates that the supplies and utensils provided by public place operators to customers for use shall ensure hygiene and safety. Reusable supplies and utensils shall be exchanged for each customer and cleaned, disinfected, and kept clean in accordance with relevant hygiene standards and requirements.
