　　布草是酒店客房部对客房放置的毛巾、台布和床单、枕套等的统称。酒店布草泛指现代酒店里差不多一切跟“布”有关的东西，包含床上用品如被褥被套、棉胎被芯，床单床罩、枕套枕芯、床笠床裙、床尾垫、保护垫，以及毛巾类制品如面巾、方巾、浴巾、地巾、浴袍等等，还包含台布餐巾、椅套台裙、浴帘等等。

　　(1)机织物：由相互垂直排列即横向和纵向两系统的纱线，在织机上根据一定的规律交织而成的织物(酒店布草中的被套,床单,台布面料大多是机织物)。

　　(1) Woven fabric: a fabric made by interweaving yarns arranged vertically in both horizontal and vertical systems on a loom according to certain rules (bedding, bed sheets, and tablecloths in hotel linens are mostly woven fabrics).

　　(2)针织物：由纱线编织成圈而形成的织物，分为纬编和经编(如我们最常见的汗衫就是针织物,酒店布草中很少用,少数外窗帘的面料是针织的)。

　　(3)非织造布：将松散的纤维经粘合或缝合而成。目前主要采用粘合和穿刺两种方法(如酒店布草中的某些洗衣袋,一次性拖鞋都是非织造布)。02按构成织物的纱线原料分类(1)纯纺织物：构成织物的原料都采用同一种纤维，有棉织物、毛织物、丝织物、涤纶织物等(酒店布草中的被套,床单,枕套等基本都是纯棉织物,也叫全棉织物)。

　　03按构成织物原料是否染色分类
