酒店布草从生产到酒店，经历了制作，装包，运输等过程，因此管理起来比较麻烦。

一、布草盘点，每天与洗涤商（或内部洗衣场）要进行干净与脏布草的清点、交接，双方需要交接签字认可。

二、布草污染，所谓的布草污染，来源方方面面，客人在使用过程中产生的污渍；服务员在撤换布草过程、清洁房间过程中不注重布草堆放，甚至使用布草清洁房间等现象均会直接导致布草的污染；运输、搬运过程中，处理不善，亦可能会导致污染。

四、布草耗损，在酒店与洗涤商之间永远存在着布草耗损带来的纠纷与不愉快，因为对布草耗损的界定确实很难把控，酒店怪洗涤商弄坏的布草，洗涤商说是酒店管理不善导致的破损，孰是孰非，实在难判断。
