增强布草柔软度并不是说在洗涤时洗涤技术有多好，当然，洗涤技术也是一个重要的条件酒店洗涤设备在完成主要的清洗和漂洗工作后，还要进行一项工作，那就是使用柔软剂，柔软剂可以使布草变得柔软、蓬松、抗静电还能够让羊绒织物恢复天然的柔软性。对布草来说有着良好的亲和力。酒店洗涤设备在布草过水完毕时，在水温20度的加料口中把柔软剂适量加入，低水位洗涤5分钟就可以拎出来晒干。洗完的布草柔软蓬松甚至比之前的柔软度还要软。

1、正确使用洗涤剂，掌握合理的加料时间和温度，了解洗涤剂的基本特性和使用方法，及时用脱氯剂除去残留的过多的氯，用中和剂中和掉残余的碱;

6、经常检查机器，防止二次污染和人为损坏，洗涤时装载量要合适(80%~85%)，太多或太少对布草的洗净度和磨损都有影响;
