很多餐饮老板采购布草，张嘴先问“多少钱一米”，比完价就下单。结果铺上去发薄透光、洗三次泛灰起球、椅套松垮像睡衣——这时候再换，比第一次多花两倍。

Many restaurant owners purchase linens and ask "how much is it per meter" before placing an order after comparing the price. The result is that it becomes thin and transparent when laid on top, and after washing three times, it turns gray and pilly. The chair cover is loose and looks like pajamas - changing it at this time costs twice as much as the first time.

选酒店布草别盯单价，盯下面几组硬参数：

When choosing hotel linens, don't focus on the unit price, focus on the following sets of hard parameters:

材质按场景分档。客房追求睡感，中出色用60支以上精梳棉或棉涤混纺；餐饮台布、椅套、口布天天碰油碰酒，走涤棉混纺（涤占比50%上下）非常划算，抗皱耐洗、工业机洗不容易变形。纯棉质感好但缩水快、熨烫成本高，适合包厢和出色宴请少量配。

Materials are classified according to the scene. The guest room pursues a sense of sleep, using combed cotton or cotton polyester blend with over 60 threads for the mid to high end; Catering tablecloths, chair covers, and mouth cloths come into contact with oil and alcohol every day. The most cost-effective option is to use a polyester cotton blend (with polyester accounting for around 50%), which is wrinkle resistant, washable, and not easily deformed by industrial machine washing. Pure cotton has a good texture but shrinks quickly and has high ironing costs, making it suitable for small quantities in private rooms and high-end banquets.

克重和密度写进合同。台布低于220g/㎡容易透桌面，建议240g/㎡起步；床单被套别选110g/㎡以下的薄坯。密度看每英寸根数，台布至少200根以上，不然洗几次就稀松。

Include weight and density in the contract. Tablecloth below 220g/㎡ is prone to penetrating the desktop, it is recommended to start at 240g/㎡; Choose thin sheets and duvet covers with a weight of less than 110g/㎡. Density depends on the number of pieces per inch. The tablecloth should have at least 200 pieces or more, otherwise it will become loose after washing several times.

缩水率和色牢度建议看检测值。没做预缩的全棉第一次下水能缩5%到8%，被套直接套不进被芯。合格布草缩水率压在3%以内、耐氯漂色牢度4级以上，宴会口布才经得起洗衣房高温翻洗。

The shrinkage rate and color fastness must depend on the test values. Cotton without pre shrinking can shrink by 5% to 8% in the first water, and the quilt cannot fit directly into the core. Only when the qualified linen shrinkage rate is within 3% and the color fastness to chlorine bleaching is above level 4, can the banquet opening fabric withstand high temperature washing in the laundry room.

餐饮件额外加两项：台布做防油防水后整理（污渍停在表面，半小时内擦掉不留印），公共区域椅套和台裙按消防要求看B1级阻燃报告，别拿“喷过阻燃剂”的批次混充永久阻燃。

Two additional items will be added for food and beverage items: the tablecloth will be treated for oil and water resistance (stains will stop on the surface and be wiped off within half an hour without leaving a mark), and the chair covers and skirts in public areas will be checked for B1 level flame retardant reports according to fire safety requirements. Do not mix batches that have been sprayed with flame retardants with permanent flame retardants.

工艺细节现场抽。包边双线、针脚每厘米12针以上、椅套预留10%到15%弹性余量、LOGO刺绣先打样再大货。很多便宜货输就输在走线稀疏，洗50次边角起翘。

On site sampling of process details. Double line edging, with at least 12 stitches per centimeter, reserved 10% to 15% elasticity margin for chair covers, and logo embroidery to be sampled before mass production. Many cheap goods are lost due to sparse routing and corners curling after 50 washes.

下单前做三件事：留小样封存、首次先下20套试洗两轮、把“成分/克重/缩水率/阻燃等级”四条写进验收条款。做不到这点的报价单，再低也别签。

Before placing an order, do three things: keep the sample sealed, first place 20 sets for two rounds of trial washing, and include the four items of "composition/gram weight/shrinkage rate/flame retardant grade" in the acceptance terms. If you can't make this quotation, don't sign it even if it's too low.

把“场景定材质、克重定厚薄、预缩定尺寸、小样定大货”这四句钉在采购单上，布草这块的返工和客诉能少一大半。

Nail the four sentences of "scene based material, weight based thickness, pre shrink based size, and small sample based bulk order" onto the purchase order, and the rework and customer complaints in the linen area can be reduced by half.
