很多采购经理把布草当成“布料”统一招标，结果客房睡感被吐槽、餐厅台布洗两次就透桌板。其实这两类东西的考核指标完全不是一回事。

床品支数不是越高越好。经济型40支平纹够用，中端60支贡缎，出色80到100支长绒棉即可；超过120支反而闷、还怕洗。

密度和缩水率写死：密度200根/英寸以上，缩水率压到3%以内，不然被套洗三次就套不进被芯。

毛巾看克重不看厚度感：面巾300~400g/㎡、浴巾500~600g/㎡，经过丝光处理，工业机洗50次不硬不掉毛。

Towels are judged by weight rather than thickness: face towels are 300-400g/㎡, and bath towels are 500-600g/㎡. After silk polishing treatment, they will not harden or shed hair after 50 industrial machine washes.

餐饮件看“抗造+合规”：

Food and beverage products should be viewed as "anti manufacturing+compliant":

台布、椅套、口布天天碰油盐酱醋，纯棉好看但熨烫成本吓人，日常走涤棉混纺（棉80%+涤20%）或做三防后整理，污渍半小时擦掉不留印。

Tablecloths, chair covers, and mouth cloths are exposed to oil, salt, sauce, and vinegar every day. Pure cotton looks good, but the ironing cost is frightening. Daily use a polyester cotton blend (cotton 80%+polyester 20%) or do three proof finishing. Stains can be wiped off in half an hour without leaving a mark.

台布克重不低于240g/㎡，太薄透桌面、还容易洗稀松。

The weight of the tablecloth should not be less than 240g/㎡. It is too thin to penetrate the desktop and is easy to wash and loosen.

公共区域台裙、帷幔按消防要求看永久阻燃报告（GB 8624 / GB/T 5455），别拿“喷过阻燃剂”的一次性货顶替，洗几水就没效了。

Public area skirts and curtains should be checked for permanent flame retardant reports (GB 8624/GB/T 5455) according to fire safety requirements. Do not replace them with disposable goods that have been sprayed with flame retardants, as a few washes will be ineffective.

LOGO刺绣先打样，复杂渐变图别直接上大货，跳针变形是后期扯皮重灾区。

把“客房追睡感、餐厅追抗污、阻燃分永久和一次性”这三句记在采购单上，布草这块的客诉和返工能砍掉一大半。

Record the three sentences of "guest room sleep experience, restaurant stain resistance, and flame retardancy into permanent and disposable" on the purchase order, and half of the customer complaints and rework for linen can be cut.
